Amy’s approach when roasting coffee is to showcase the individual characteristics of different beans from different terrains and origins, we knew she would be perfect to collaborate with on a blend that celebrates the shift into spring.

We wanted to produce a coffee that gives feeling of renewal, fresh spring air and a sense of new beginnings, a single origin colombia and nicaragua blend was developed with notes of cocoa, honey and cherry.
