for this collection we really wanted to create an soap celebrating the land and when working with ceramists for other items in this collection we thought clay was the perfect starting point. this soap utilises French red clay which helps draw out impurities, excess oil, and toxins from the skin, leaving it feeling refreshed and revitalized. Clay also enhances the slip of soap, making it smoother and silkier on the skin and contributing to a richer lather. we then mixed this with exfoliating oats inside the soap as well as ingredients such as cedar wood, rosemary, lemongrass & bergamot to best complement the other ingredients in the soap.

to bring this all together we worked closely with tracy from sprig of nature, tracy’s aim is to create handmade natural, healthy products with the therapeutic benifits of flower and plant oils, that can be used to help nourish, calm and relax the mind body and soul. without any of the nasties that are often hidden in mainstream products.
